John Kellen Gallagher, 15, passed away Oct. 24, 2009. He was born Aug. 7, 1994 in Panama City, Fla. to Sean A. Gallagher and Alecia Davidson Brown.
Gallagher was a resident of Freeport, Fla.; he was Pentecostal by faith and a member of the New Beginnings Church of Freeport.
He was extremely intelligent; he loved life to the fullest and was known for being full of life and vivacious, faithful, loyal and having a great sense of humor. He was known for having a very strong work ethic. John enjoyed four wheeling, scuba diving, golfing, playing the drums and the trumpet, skateboarding, hunting, and fishing. John made his love known for his family to everyone. He was always right and was very tender hearted. He was a connoisseur of fine food. He will be dearly missed by everyone including his dog, Cuan.
Gallagher was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, A.J. Gallagher and uncle, Kevin Davidson.
Gallagher is survived by his father, Sean A. Gallagher; mother, Alecia Brown and husband, Mac; one sister, Marissa Harris; one brother, Michael Harris; paternal grandmother, Patti Gallagher; maternal grandparents, Ed Davidson, Phyllis Young and Del Young; one nephew, Brlynn Hammond; two uncles, Patrick Gallagher and Curt Davidson; one aunt, Kelly Arthur. He is also survived by numerous cousins.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, at the New Beginnings Church with Rev. Anthony Cuchens officiating and Eulogy by Sean Gallagher.
Burial will follow in the Antioch Cemetery in Bruce, Fla.
Floral arrangements are being accepted.
