Beverly Brogan Hammonds, wife of J.T. Hammonds of Cowan died at the Fleming County Hospital Monday, December 24, 2012 after a short illness. Beverly was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on July 17, 1939 to Violet and Richard Brogan. Beverly is survived by her husband, J.T. and four Children, Tracy (Debbie) Hammonds of Cowan, Lori Caudill of Maysville, Richard Hammonds of Cowan and Scott (Stephanie) Hammonds of Tennessee. Also surviving are two brothers Phil (Lorna)

Weaver of Paris, Ky. and Wayne (Patty) Weaver of Sharpsburg, Ky. She was the loving Grand Mother of 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Beverly was a member of the St. Francis Episcopal Church in Flem-ingsburg, and was a retired Nurse of 35 years at the Fleming County Hospital. She enjoyed many friends in the Red Hat Society where she served as Queen Mother and enjoyed dressing up in their beautiftd colors. She was an avid UK basketball fan and enjoyed attending the games and she loved spending time with a host of friends. Funeral Services will be at 11:00AM Friday at Price Bros. Funeral Home in Elizaville with Bro. Marvin Suit and Rev. Norman Wasson officiating. Burial will follow in the Eliza-viUe Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 9:00PM Thursday at Price Bros.
