Prairie Queen 4-H Meets

Prairie Queen 4-H Club met Sunday, February 15th. The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m. Pledges were lead by Cameryn - American and Kaycee - 4-H. Roll Call was what you did for Valentines Day. Members present: Pres. Lakota Roberson, Vice Pres. Cameryn Martin, Secretary Kaycee Ellenberger, Treasurer Molly

Stolzenberger, Historians Emily and Alexa Nelson, Brooklyn Jones, Chase Stolzenberger, Reagen and Morgyn Johnson, Hallie Morlan, Layla

McPherson, Clayton Nelson, Hatch Case and Aspen Nelson, Taite Johnson, Katherine and Hailee Trosper, Ty and Kara Wilson, Lauren and Ross Brown, Brandon and Brentley Lening, Koree Ellenberger, Bradley and Aaron Musgrave, Garrett and Brinden Williams, Gaige Arnold.

Minutes last meeting were read by Kaycee no additions or changes to minutes. It was moved and seconded to accept minutes as read motion passed.

Two thank you cards for goodies were read from Harrette Brown and Doris Lessenden.

Treasurers Report was given by Molly bill discussed was to pay for 4-H project books after enrollment deadline. It was moved and seconded to pay for them after enrollment motion passed.

Old Business: T-Shirt ideas, Emily, Alexa and Clayton had a design and Molly and Chase had designs. It was voted on for a design Molly and Chase had. The color voted for will be green.

Beef Weigh-ln February 21st and COOL Forms was discussed. Reminder on Enrollment and Re-Enrollment deadline and Completion Forms March 2nd, add Drop Date April 15th.

New Business: Super Saturday Registration due February 23rd, and Super Saturday will be March 7th at Sand and Sage Fair Grounds 9:00-3:00. It will cover 4-H projects: Leather Craft, Cake Decorating, Clothing Constriction, and Model Rocketry. MQA was discussed it will be

Mar. 27th. Anyone showing livestock needs to do this. First time members two years and as you bump up in age, Jr. to Int. to Sen.

Any Other Business: Nursing Home visit discussed more on that next meeting, Theater Concession Stand families to cover Feb. 20th, 21st and 22nd Musgrave,

Stolzenberger, and Williams. Demonstrations: next meeting Emily, Reagen, Morgyn and Brinden plan to do theirs. Important Dates: Mar. 2nd Enrollment and Re-Enrollment Deadline, Mar. 4th Leader Training Mar. 7th, Super Sat. Sand and Sage Fair Grounds Mar. 27th, MQA class.

It was moved and seconded to adjourn meeting motion passed. Host families were Brown and Ellenberger. Next meeting Mar. 15th.

Prairie Queen

Cloverbuds meet Feb. 13th, to make Valentine gifts for their families. They made Hershey Rose Buds. It was a great turn out, in attendance was: Mia Crow, Aspen Nelson, Clayton Nelson, Shaine Winder, Gabe Hadley, Savanna Brown, Tailee Johnson, Katherine Hailee and Zoey Trosper, Braya Ferris, Kara Wison, and Carmen McPherson. Also Sheriden Lake Cloverbuds Destiny and Hailey Cornelius.
