She received a pin and a signed certificate by Elizabeth E. Eagle, National Chairman, Junior American Citizens Committee and Lynn Forney Young, President General, NSDAR (National Society Daughters of American Revolution) acknowledging her for service and dedication to the activities promoted by the JAC Committee.

Haddox demonstrates distinctive qualities of dependability and leadership, and promotes the principles of good citizenship, its privileges and responsibilities, loyalty to the United States of America, respect for USA flag, the history of the country and of the government.

The JAC Committee promotes good citizenship and history among every school-age child.

It offers contests in the areas of and creative expression and community service.

Age is a very high price to pay for maturity.
