The improving trend continues. In May, 10 building permits were issued in Adam's County. 17 Properties were sold.

Listings remain high, at 247, with an average days on market of 360. There are 89 building lots, 20 Ranches, 33 houses in town and 51 houses out of town with acreage on the market. Sold were 6 building lots; 4 in council 1 in Indian Valley and one north of New Meadows. A business lot was sold in New Meadows. 1 House was sold in Council and 4 houses were sold in New Meadows. 5 Ranches were sold, 3 in Council, 1 in Cambridge and 1 in New Meadows.

There seem to be more people in Council looking for different and better housing.
