Those eligible will include graduating 2016 seniors at Bothell, Inglemoor, Secondary Academy for Success (SAS) and Woodinville high schools. Students who have graduated from a North shore School District high school and are attending either Cascadia College or University of Washington Bothell are also eligible.

The scholarship sponsors noted that students with a background in DECA or FBLA programs in high school or who are members of UW Bothell Rotaract would be good candidates. The recipient will have had to attain a 3.0 grade point average at the high school level and maintain that GPA throughout the college experience. Service to community and school will also be given strong consideration as an indicator of a successful entrepreneur..

Application deadline is set for Feb. 5, 2016 with the recipient named by May 1, 2016. The application form will be found at www.nsscholarship.org after November 1, 2015, under "Spirit".
