Power County Sheriff in- merous car and truck radia-vestigators are asking the public to check for missing items.

On Wednesday, Jan. 8, deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked near a shop on Sundance Road. Deputies located the vehicle along with the driver Felix Delacruz, 38, of American Falls. Deputies arrested Delacruz on a Power County warrant.

A subsequent search of Delacruz's vehicle yielded a large number of items investigators believe to have been stolen. Among the items recovered deputies found nutors, carburetors, other various car parts, tools, a tool box and other miscellaneous items.

Investigators suspect Delacruz intended to sell the items as scrap metal. They further believe most of the items were stolen between Friday, Jan. 3, and Wednesday, Jan. 8.

The Power County Sheriff's Department is asking anyone that believes they are missing items to contact the sheriff's office to possibly identify their property. Pic-tores of the suspected stolen items are also available.

To identify missing property contact the Power County Sheriff's Office at 226-2311.
