DAIRY DOERS 4-H CLUB

The Dairy Doers 4-H Club met on Sunday, Jan. 11. Janae Olson led the pledge of allegiance and Eliza Wilgers led the 4-H pledge.

Breanna Reyolds took roll call and read the minutes. The club went over record books. Discussion was held on the upcoming fun night planned for Sky Zone on Sunday, Feb. 8. Our next meeting will be in March. In April the club will help with the community Easter Egg Hunt.

New business for the next meeting is to have two club goals and two personal goals for 4-H this year.

Catherine Leber, Kasey Buse, and Natalie Haase gave demonstrations. Catherine's demonstration was on her senior project Pink Night. Kasey Buse did a demonstration on a car emergency kit. Natalie's demonstration was on Oreo Balls.

Next meeting will be held at Sky Zone on Sunday, Feb. 8.

The Dairy Doers 4-H Club met on Sunday, March 8. Payton Meyer led the pledge of allegiance and Charlie Patten led the 4-H pledge.

Leader Kerri Meyer gave a talk on citizenship. For roll call, members gave examples of how to be a good citizen.

Breanna Reyolds gave the secretary's report.

Old business The outing to the 4-H Outdoor Adventure Center in Brookings has been cancelled for April, so we will have our regular meeting. Members worked on record books.

New Business: A sponsor is going to be purchasing 4-H T-shirts for all leaders and members. The members need to go into their account and make sure their T-shirt size is correct. Upcoming deadlines were discussed.

Linda Reynolds asked for volunteers for the community Easter Egg Hunt to be held on Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. It will count as a meeting if you volunteer for the event.

Janae Olson gave a demonstration on how to take care of goats. Breanna Reynolds gave a talk on dairy judging and the club did some practice dairy judging.

Next meeting will be held Sunday, April 12 at the courthouse.
