The Liberty County High School JROTC Booster club conducted a "Split the Pot" fundraiser during the first home football game of the season.

The Boosters sold the tickets for a dollar each and the winner of the drawing received half the proceeds with the other half of the proceeds going to the foundation charged with building the Fieldhouse. The Boosters raised $399.

At halftime, Becky Brown from the Fieldhouse Foundation drew from the "Pot" to see who was going to be the lucky winner. The winner of the drawing received $199.50 and the remaining $199.50 went to the foundation.

The LCHS JROTC Boosters conducted the fund raiser to bring awareness to the Fieldhouse in the hopes that enough people getting involved can raise the money to finish the project. The Fieldhouse is at a point where it's ready for a roof, but the roof can't be put on until the Fieldhouse Foundation has sufficient funds to completely seal the outside from any moisture getting inside.
