The Power County Hospital Foundation is holding its third annual Shape Up for the Season fun run on May 16, 2015 at American Falls High School. The fun run features a two mile walk, a two mile run, a 5k walk, a 5k run, a 10K run, and fun prizes for all runners. The cost is $20 for adults and $10 for children 15 and under. A t-shirt is included in the cost when registrations are received by April 17, 2015.

Runners can register up until 7:45 am on race day (May 16th). The cost is still $20 for adults and $10 for kids but t-shirts are not included.

The Foundation is raffling a blue Ford Explorer (80,000 miles) right after fun run awards are presented. Raffle tickets are $5 each or six for $25. They can be purchased until the award presentation begins. One need not be present to win. The Foundation would like to thank Troy Brazelton from ABC Auto for his generous donation. The Foundation would also like to thank Delane Anderson from Anderson's Body and Glass for detailing the Explorer.

Proceeds from the fun run and raffle will be applied toward the purchases of a mobile vital signs monitor and a pediatric exam table and other medical equipment.

Registration forms and raffle tickets can be obtained at Power County Family Clinic, Power County Hospital, Power County Hospital's Administration Annex, or by calling Susan Barger at 226-3200 ext. 136.

Registration forms can also be downloaded from the link at the bottom of the webpage at http://www.pchd.net/getpage.php?name=foundation-fundraising&sub=Foundation.
