CopyTreasure Valley Transit, Inc., a private nonprofit organization, intends to seek Federal Transit Administration assistance for operating, capital, administrative expenses through the Idaho Transportation Department's funding application to meet locally developed strategies identified and prioritized in Local Mobility Management Plans. Notice is hereby given that public comment regarding the accessibility, routes and any other pertinent information is solicited from the general public, persons with disabilities, elderly individuals and their prospective organizations, and private or competing transportation providers. A District Meeting will be held to provide a final opportunity for comment at which time a public hearing may be held if requested at the Idaho Transportation Department Right of Way Conference Room, 3131 W. State Street, Boise, Idaho 83702. The date is March 30, 2009 from 4:00 pm - 6:00pm.
