CopyWe figured, with this miserable cold weather, snow and ice, that we would take you back to the beautiful autumn days we had before they were so rudely replaced. Of course many people will easily be able to identify the location of this well-known pastoral scene, so get your answers in by 4:00 PM on Monday: 253-6961 or record@ctcweb.net. The prize this week is a jar of Danna Barnhart's spicy tomato juice.
Last week's picture, contributed by Gayle Dixon, showed Lost Valley Reservoir/Lost Lake with no water visible in it. The view was looking southeast toward the dam. Once in a while the reservoir is drawn down this low, and it makes an interesting sight.
We received one wrong answer and 5 correct ones, and the winner of the drawing was Julie (Summers) Prather, daughter of Bill and Sally Summers. Julie wins a spray bottle of herbal sore throat spray from D&L Herbs.
