Bear Facts

What a busy weekend we have had. Campers started arriving last Thursday, and by Friday the camping areas must have been full. We enjoyed every one who stopped to visit or ask for information on camping grounds. Looks now (Tuesday evening) that the storm we were promised is coming Friday or later in the week. Many, many campers moved out yesterday or earlier this morning. Joe and Sam Warner were working on the chute for the corrals on Sunday and drew quite a crowd. Several stopped to look it over, and to visit of course. Weekends are not a good time to get work done—especially right against the road.

Ben, Sue and Joe Warner enjoyed a visit from friends. from Ontario over the weekend. Derrick Cavenaus, (spelling is mine) wife and new baby spent a night with them, and then moved to their trailer. They returned to their home Monday.

Sam and Sarah Warner drove down to Snake River and did some fishing, Sunday. Sam said he caught several, but didn't say how Sarah did. They enjoyed the drive, as well as the fishing.

Joe and I attended- the High School Graduation in Council. My great grandson, and Joe's great nephew, John Hulin, was among the graduates. It was a very nice program, and John, along with all the graduates, presented mothers, grandmothers, etc. with a flower. We shall certainly miss John when he leaves in two weeks to join the Service.
