Hunters come to Bear for deer and elk

It was a beautiful week, and lots of hunters coming and going. Two really big trailers moved in last night, followed by a load of four-wheelers.

The group that gathered at Martin Carter's trailer for a hunting weekend had a great time and sounded like they all got their game. Martin got a deer and an elk.

Sauni McGahey is recouping after another surgery on her knee, but said she is getting around better and everything is doing well. Tiny and Bev Bower entertained their family at their summer home. Several grandchildren enjoyed the weekend.
