CopySPEARMAN - Margie Imogene Brinkley, 90, of Spearman, passed away May 19, 2014.
Graveside services will be on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11:00A.M. at the Hansford Cemetery with Pastor Ronald L. Sullivan officiating. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers of Spearman.
Margie was born on Dec. 31, 1923 in Sherwood, Oklahoma to John Wesley and Addie Mae Holt Henry.
She married John Brinkley on Jun. 7, 1942 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. Margie was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John, a daughter Wanda Schubert, 3 brothers Bruce, Gus and John Henry, and son-in-law Everett Harding.
She is survived by a son, Wesley and wife Donna Brinkley of Liberal, KS., a daughter Carl a Harding of Aledo, TX and a brother, Robert Ray Henry of Forest Lake, M.N. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
