Two vehicles collided shortly after 2 p.m. Tuesday on Golf Course Road outside of Basin, causing one of the vehicles to roll over.

According to Wyoming Highway Patrol, Alisha Stevenson of Basin was driving a 1998 Chevy Tahoe east on Golf Course Road when she struck a 1975 Chevy wood chipper truck driven by Jonathan Phillips of Cody. The truck is owned by Cody Tree Surgery and Phillips was attempting to make a right-hand turn into Midway Golf Course.

The two vehicles turned clockwise at about 180 degrees, causing the chipper truck to roll over on its side in the process.

The Big Horn County Sheriff's Office, South Big Horn County Search and Rescue, Basin Police Department and Atwood Ambulance also responded to the scene.

Both drivers received minor injuries in the crash.

Highway Patrolman Karl Germain was unable to determine if the brake lights of the chipper truck were damaged before or during the wreck.

Stevenson was cited for following a vehicle too closely and Phillips was cited for not wearing a seat belt.
