Raffle to benefit shooting victim's family, Billingsleys

A raffle is underway to benefit the family of the victim of a Glasgow shooting, Melissa Greenhagen, and the husband and wife, Scott and Suzanne Billingsley, who attempted to come to her aid and were wounded.

Tickets are available from members of the Malta High School Student Council, First Security Bank and Malta resident Gayle Cummings.

The drawing will be held during the Northern Divisional Girls Basketball Tournament in Glasgow Feb. 26-28.

Prizes include two half beefs cut and wrapped from Page Whitham Land & Cattle and Treasure Trail Meat; $200 gas from Jody's Conoco; $50 gift card from Holiday; $ 100 gas from West End & Ezzie's Wholesale; $50 gas from West Side; $100 gift card from D&G Sports; turkey fryer from Albertson's; $20 gift card from Fashionette; Salt City candle from Flower and Gift; coffee mug from Markle's; oil change from Cenex.

Tickets are $10 each.
