Jack Brandon Cavin

Graveside services for Jack Brandon Cavin, 81, of Crosby, who died on Friday, October 30, 2015, at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, La., were held at 10 a.m. on Monday, November 2, 2015, at Evergreen Cemetery in

Woodville, officiated by the Reverend Warren Whitaker.

Mr. Cavin was born on March 13, 1934, the son of Clarence Clyde Cavin and Sallie Ford Cavin.

He was a member of Mars Hill Methodist Church in Crosby and a former employee of the Princeville Canning Company in St. Francisville, La.

Mr. Cavin' was preceded in death by his parents; one son, Mark Brandon Cavin; and one brother, Clarence Clyde "Bud" Cavin, Jr.

Survivors include one son, Darrel Cavin of Knoxville, Tennessee, and one sister, Myrtie Hunter of Natchez.

Brown Funeral Home of Gloster was in charge of funeral arrangements.
