Hospice of the Red River Valley Offers Free Community Grief Program in Ellendale for Adults

Hospice of the Red River Valley will offer educational workshops for adults who have recently experienced the death of a loved one.

Journeying Through Grief is a free grief workshop for adults. The session will focus on understanding the grief process, common grief reactions, taking care of yourself while grieving and embracing memories. Pre-registration is required because space is limited. Journeying Through Grief will be held at the following location and time:

Tuesday, November 10 from 2-4:30 p.m.

Senior Citizen Center.
