Razo becomes CEO at Spectrum Healthcare

April Razo has assumed the position of CEO at Spectrum Healthcare Group, succeeding Robert Cartia, who held the job for 15 years.

Razo previously served as Spectrum's Children's Program Supervisor. She attended Arizona State University and received a bachelor's degree in family and human development in 2009 and a master's in marriage and family therapy in 2012 with a strong focus on systemic theories and practices.

She has worked as a child and family therapist at Arizona's Children Association in its outpatient clinic, as a mobile therapist and in its family preservation program that is contracted with the state. She has 18 years of managerial experience in various fields including the service industry, child care and the medical field.

Razo began as a child and family therapist at Spectrum Healthcare Group in early 2013 and was later promoted to children's program supervisor.

"I'm both honored and excited to move forward in this role and I look forward to continuing to pursue opportunities for growth and innovation for Spectrum Healthcare Group," Razo said.
