Listings in our area remain high at 441 properties offered for sale. The actual number is a little less due to some properties being classified in more than one category. According to the Multiple

- Listing Service (MLS) the - average days on markethas been 483.

Building lots continue to dominate the market with 227 of them beingoffered. Their average price is $100,000 and average days on market (DOM) is 635 Days.

There are 25 farms and ranches for sale with 13 of these being in Indian Valley. Their average days on market is 340.

Currently we have 33 listings of Single Family Dwellings (SFD) and 47 SFD with acreage. The SFD DOM average 22$ is and SFD with acreage, is

216 DOM.

There were seven properties sold during August these are: one building lot in Cambridge, two houses in New Meadows and one in Council, and three SFD with Acreage outside of Council.

During the month of August Adams County Building Department issued eight building permits.
