Annual Coin War Fundraiser Now Underway

The Burke High School Student Council is holding a fundraising Coin War from the 13lh of September to the 24lh of September.

Last years coin war competition was held to see which class could bring in the most money with a donation being given to the victims of the Haiti earthquake.

This year the coin war is between the High School and Middle School students and the Burke Elementary School. This fierce rivalry is sure to bring out everyone's competitive side. If anyone would like to donate to this cause you can drop off your spare change at the high school or elementary offices.

Need your vehicle washed, have some fall cleaning, or yard work needing tended? Contact a class teacher or student and work out a

ALL of the proceeds from this event will go to the Student Council who will then be making donations throughout the school year for community service projects in Burke.
