Julie Ann Rodgers

Julie (Judy) Ann Rodgers, of Lincoln, Mont., entered into rest peacefully Sunday, Aug. 30th, 2009 at the Big Sky Care Center in Helena after a short illness. Julie was bom in Montrose, Colo, to Leonard and Helen Potter on April 16, 1940. Julie enjoyed all outdoor activities: fishing, camping, working in her yard and she loved going to yard sales. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Julie worked a number of construction jobs around Montana including Rogers Pass. She enjoyed working as a waitress for many years at Henrys Café in Libby, the Libby Café and the Bootlegger in Lincoln. She loved being around people. Her smile always made them smile. Julie is survived by her children Robert Lehm-ann (Rhonda) of Great Falls, Mont., Tami Koehler (Clint) of Richland, Wash; Tina Payne (Mike) of Helena, Mont.; Jana Culverhouse (Mark) of Richland, Wash.; Kim Hirsch (Dave) of Benton City, Wash; and John Rodgers of Richland, Wash.; three brothers, Don Potter of Union Gap, Wash.; Lynn Potter (Jennie) of Hermiston, Ore.; and Gary Potter (Cathy) of Royal City, Wash.

Julie is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 14 greatgrandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Julie is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Helen, her husband Chuck, and son Kenny.

Memorial services for Julie will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 26 at the Libby Cemetery. A celebration of Julie's life will immediately follow at the JC Clubhouse in Libby, Mont.
