Hoffman latest Eagle to earn BSC award

The Big Sky Conference has selected its football players of the week for games played on Saturday, Nov. 13 with Eastern Washington returner Jesse Hoffman and Northern Colorado returner Dominic Gunn named co-special teams players of the week.

Hoffman, a 6-foot-2-inch, 210-pound senior from Seattle, returned a kick 82 yards for a touchdown in the third quarter of Eastern Washington's 31-24 win over Southern Utah. He also had two fourth-quarter interceptions from his defensive back position.

This is the first player of the week honor for Hoffman.

Montana running back Chase Reynolds is the offensive player of the week. Sacramento State defensive end Zack Nash is the defensive player of the week.
