NAI Avant breaks ground for Pure Fishing, Inc.
NAI Avant recently brokered the sale of a 80,313 square foot office building located in the South Carolina Research Park in Northeast Columbia. The building will serve as the global corporate headquarters for Pure Fishing, Inc., a subsidiary of Jarden Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company. Pure Fishing is one of the world's leading providers of fishing tackle.
Jarden Corporation has over 25,000 employees worldwide. NAI Avant brokers Paul Hartley, SIOR and Roger Winn represented Pure Fishing in the transaction while Jeff Hein, SIOR of NAI Avant in conjunction with Josh Hirsh of Studley, represented the seller. NAI Avant has also been retained to provide property management services at the new headquarters.
