Green team joins Ocean Atlantic Sothebys

Barbara Hitchens Green and Scott Green recently joined the sales team at Ocean Atlantic Sotheby's International Realty. The two have been working as a team for more than 30 years, since they met as students at the University of Delaware.

Scott Green practiced law in Wilmington, where he served as the county attorney for New Castle County and was a partner with several law firms, including Saul, Ewing. He ended his legal and corporate career as a senior manager with MBNA, where he worked m real estate and national sales.

Barbara Green's corporate career included the Wilmington Medical Center, DuPont and Dade Behring, where she was director of manufacturing. Now retired from their successful careers in law and business, they have decided to (focus their attention on one of their lifelong passions, beach reaj estate.

The Greens are active in local causes such as the Polar Bear Plunge, which benefits Special Olympics Delaware. Barbara is a member of the Delaware Public Integrity Commission.

Scott is a member of the University of Delaware board of trustees and the Delaware Judicial Nominating Commission, and he serves as the vice chairman of the Delaware River and

Bay Authority.
