Fedynich named branch vice president of Coldwell Banker Bethany Beach office

Dean Cottrill, president of Coldwell Banker in Greater Baltimore, recently announced Paul Fedynich has joined the Coldwell Banker office in Bethany Beach as its branch vice president.

In his new role, Fedynich will lead the team of approximately 45 sales associates and manage the office's day-to-day operations.

"Paul has exceptional knowledge of the resort property market and a creative drive that will elevate our agents and customer service to the next level," said Cottrill.

Fedynich entered real estate in 2002 and has been a top-producing agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Ocean City, Md., and Rehoboth Beach.

He remained with the Rehoboth Beach office when it became a franchise before returning to the company.

"I'm happy to be part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage family again," said Fedynich. "As a manager, I look forward to mentoring agents to help them further their business by continually providing superb service to buyers and sellers."

Fedynich, who has a background as a technical trainer in internet networking, said he plans to utilize his experience to help agents stay on the cutting age of real estate. "I will be running technical workshops in our office to help everyone make the most of all the programs, applications and tools we have available to effectively market our listings," he said..

Fedynich is constantly expanding his skill set. He has been trained as a Certified Residential Specialist, an e-PRO skilled in innovative online marketing strategies, and as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. He is a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Maryland.

He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, Sussex CoUnty Association of Realtors, Coastal Association of Realtors, and Bethany-Fen-wick Area Chamber of Commerce.
