SAND N STONES IN LEWES is once again conducting a donation drive for items to help with wildlife rescue. The shop held its first drive last summer.

Wildlife rescue organizations constantly need paper towels, Dawn (blue) dish soap, bath and dishtowels, sheets, pillowcases, blankets, rubber/latex gloves and prescription pill bottles, labels removed.

Items may be dropped off at Sand N Stones, 112 Front St. Shown assisting at last year's collection are Joan Ridolfi, left, and Ellie Menser, Marine Education Research & Rehabilitation Institute volunteers.

Collections will be from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Saturdays, June 25, July 30, Aug. 27 and Sept. 24.

Items will be given to MERR, Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Tri-State Bird Rescue and Research. With a coupon, available at sandn-stones.com, the shop will donate 20 percent of a customer's total sales to the same organizations.
