AACFCU raises over $5,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation

Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union (AACFCU) presented a check to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation at the Great Strides Walk on Saturday, April 24. Prior to the Great Strides Walk, teams of AACFCU employees held fundraisers at all AACFCU branches to support the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. With the help of its members, AACFCU raised over $5,000 in donations to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis

AACFCU is an official sponsor of the 2010 Great Strides walks in Destin, Fla. and in Mobile and Dothan, Ala. Great Strides is the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's largest national fundrais-ing event that brings people together to raise money to support vital Cystic Fibrosis programs.

Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union was founded 43 years ago by seven soldiers at Fort Rucker, Ala. on the principles of the "Credit Union Movement."

AACFCU serves more than 105,000 members worldwide with 18 branches throughout Southeast Alabama, Florida's Emerald Coast and the Mobile Bay Area.
