Crime Stoppers seeks fugitive suspects

CopyCrime Stoppers of Walton County, Inc. is currently looking for information on the following suspects who are wanted as of July 5, 2010.
Crime Stoppers will pay a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest or recovery of stolen property; the information must be reported through the tip line to be eligible for the reward, and callers must remember the code number to pick up the reward.
William Barlow Cannon is wanted for obtaining prescription narcotics by fraud. Cannon, 36, is a white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 180 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes. His last known address is 1209 Delaware Road, DeFuniak Springs, FL.
Stephen Vance Cartwright is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges of two counts of grand theft. Cartwright, 47, also known as Shawn Ray Jones, is a white male, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. His last known address is 2305 Gladstone Terrace, Oklahoma City, OK.
Jason Michael Oliver is wanted for felony violation of probation on the original charges grand theft and uttering a forged instrument. Oliver, 23, is a white male, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Oliver has several tattoos: a cross on his right arm, "Baby Boy" on his chest, and "13" on his back. His last known address in 278 Blueberry Road, Freeport, FL.
Richard Allen Rutledge is wanted for fraudulent impersonation, use of another person's identity without consent. Rutledge, 59, is a white male, 5 feet 5 inches tall, 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is the Walton County Jail.
Anyone with any information on these fugitives, or any other crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-866-718-TIPS (8477) or their local law enforcement office. Callers do not have to give their name or appear in court and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
