TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the provisions of NMSA 1978 40-8-1 through NMSA 1978 40-8-3, the Petitioner Becky Rivers will apply to the Honorable Daniel Viramontes, District Judge of the Sixth Judicial District at the Hidalgo County Courthouse, Lordsburg, New Mexico, at 10:45 a.m. on the 25th day of January, 2010 for a Court ORDER FOR CHANGE OF NAME from Becky Lynn Rivers to Cinnamyn Noel Harbor.
