Jay H. Joseph, 88, passed away at Grande Ronde Hospital in La Grande on Friday, May 21, 2010. A funeral service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-Day Saints in Halfway on Thursday, May 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow at Pine Haven Cemetery in Halfway, A complete obituary will be published later. Loveland Funeral Chapel in La Grande is handling the arrangements.
