Hayman pleads guilty
HILLSBORO - On Tuesday, Sept. 14, Jonathan M. Hayman, 27, of Whitney, plead guilty to evading arrest/detention with a motor vehicle that occurred in March 2008. Hayman was sentenced to nine months in State Jail plus court costs. Hayman also plead guilty to a June 2, 2008 bail jump charge and was sentenced to two years in prison plus court costs.
The evading case was investigated by the Hillsboro Police Department.
Both cases were prosecuted by Hill County District Attorney Dan V Dent, with 66th Judicial District Judge Bob McGregor presiding.
