Ernestine H. Williams

The Loris Scene of Loris, South Carolina

LONGS | Funeral services for Ernestine Harris Williams, 75, were held Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2009 from the Sharon Baptist Church with the Rev. Lebron Crisp, the Rev. Andy Bell, and the Rev. Dennis Williams officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery directed by Ward Funeral Home.

She passed away Sunday, Aug. 23, 2009 at her home following an illness.

Born Feb. 11,1934 in Horry County, she was the daughter of the late Thurman Harris and the late Lee Tyler Harris. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church.

Surviving are four children: Rhonda W. Bell and her husband Jimmy of Longs, Greg Williams and his wife Meg of Wampee, Jan W. Floyd and her husband Carroll of Longs, and Tim Williams and his wife Marsha of Little River; a daughter-in-law: Debbie Williams Parrish of North Myrtle Beach; two sisters: Allene Hardee and her husband B.D. and Roberta Gerald, all of Loris; two brothers: Levon Harris and his wife Wilma and Floyd Harris and his wife Ednaleen, all of Loris; eight grandchildren: Candace Tyler, Derek Williams, Jeremy Williams, Whitney Williams, Trent Williams, Kyle Williams, Will Williams, and Noah Williams.

She was predeceased by her husband: Rev. Bill Williams; one son: Rollins Lynn Williams; one sister: Nelda Harris; and one brother: Claude Harris.
