Sisters travel to China

CopyOn June 10, 2009, Chelsea and Lacey Hoist took a 3-week journey overseas to China. They traveled with an educational organization called People to People Student Ambassadors.
With People to People, the girls have traveled to other countires such as Australia, England, Ireland, Fance, Amsterdam, Belgium and Wales. They saw many different sites including the Terracotta Warriors, The Great Wall of China and the Olympic the Stadium.
One of girls' favorite parts of the trip was the home stay where they spent the night at a Chinese family home. The girls traveled all over Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and much more.
They really enjoyed learning some Chinese and eating real Chinese food.
"It was an amazing trip with so many memories," Chelsea said.
The girls have been able to meet people from all over the world through People to People.
"I stilll keep in contact with a friend from China and I visit my friends from all over the United States that I have met," said Lacey.
The girls hope to travel more in the future.
