WNC Offers Forklift Training

Western Nevada College will conduct fork-lift training on Saturday, September 19, at its Fallon campus located at 160 Campus Way. Individuals can register for the morning session from 8 a.m.-12 noon or the all-day session from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. with a brief lunch break. In the morning session, Forklift Safety Awareness will be taught for those with little or no experience on a forklift. Cost is $80 per person. The all-day session, intended for those with experience in forklift operation and costing $ 150, includes a "train the trainer" segment during which participants will learn how to teach others about forklift safety.
