Ella Jean "Dutch" Stolte

Ella Jean "Dutch" Hector Stolte, 83, of Mt. Zion, passed away at 5:39 p.m., Thursday September 10, 2009, in the Moweaqua Nursing Home.

Funeral services were 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 16, 2009, at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion. Burial was in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation was from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday evening at Dawson & Wikoff Funeral Home, Mt. Zion. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.dawson-wikoff.com.

Dutch was born on November 22, 1926, in Decatur, the daughter of Ralph Arnold and Ethel Etta (Goodman) Hector. She married Herman Edward Carlyle Stolte on May 18, 1951, in Mt. Zion. Dutch was a loving wife, mother and grandmother to all her family.

Surviving is her sons: Edward Duane Stolte and his wife Mary of Blue Mound and Rex David Stolte and his wife Cherie of Blue Mound; daughters: Roxanna Jean Stolte of Mt. Zion and Ava Tyann Fite and her husband Sam of Kohler, WL; brother: Oliver Gaylen Hector and his wife Linda of Cerro Gordo; sisters: Juanita McCoy and her husband Troy of Long Creek and Norma Harmeier and her husband Robert of Decatur. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, son: Forrest Eugene Bunning Sr., grandsons: William Lawrence Weakley and Jerry Lee Hougland, five brothers and three sisters.
