After a loss to Baltic Monday night, Parker hoped to turn things around in Alcester on Thursday, Dec. 17 against the Alcester-Hudson Cubs.

Parker came out shooting this game and it showed in the end with four players boasting double figures. Parker came out strong in the first period and outscored the Cubs by eight points leading 19-11 at the end of the quarter. In the second quarter the Pheasants continued their trek for success as they led at half time 28-17. In the third quarter Alcester-Hudson started to inch ahead outscoring Parker by six points, although the Pheasants still held a slim lead at the end of the quarter 39-34. It was then in the fourth quarter just like in previous games that Pheasants let it rain outscoring the Cubs 21-11 and winning big 60-45. Parker spread the offense and it snowed with four players scoring double figures.

Anna Leloux led the scoring attack with 17 points and was followed by Micalanne Hanten who had 14 points. Katelyn Schaefer and Tessa Weeldreyer also contributed from underneath as they both had 10 points.

Coach Eliza Leloux commented, "All of the girls really stepped up and played a great game. We cut down on our turnovers and executed. It was great to have four girls in double digits. We need everyone to continue to contribute offensively all season long, great job ladies!"

The Pheasants flew into Tyndall for their next game on Monday, Dec. 21.
