Minutes From The Stonewall County Commissioners Court

Commissioners' Court March 8, 2010

Be it remembered that the Commissioners' Court of Stonewall County, Texas convened in regular session on the above referred to date at the regular meeting place same being the Courthouse in Aspermont, Texas with the following members present: Bobby McGough - County Judge, David L. Hoy - Commissioner Precinct #1, Kenny Spitzer - Commissioner Precinct #2, Billy Kirk Meador - Commissioner Precinct #3, Gary Myers - Commissioner Precinct #4 and Belinda Page - County Clerk. Also present were Linda Messick, County Treasurer and Kenny Moore, Road Supervisor.

Wherein the following business was transacted:

Motion by Commissioner Myers and seconded by Commissioner Hoy to approve the minutes of February 22, 2010 as read. All for.

Motion by Commissioner Spitzer and seconded by Commissioner Meador to pay the bills. All for.

Open Forum: The Court discussed the books the County Treasurer needs laminated.

Commissioner Hoy reported he had been in contact with the individual who has the rock crusher and would be able to obtain the amount of crushed rock needed for CR100.

The County Judge reported the jail had passed inspection.

Motion by Commissioner Meador and seconded by Commissioner Spitzer to approve the County & District Clerk's Monthly Report. All for.

Motion by Commissioner Spitzer and seconded by Commissioner Hoy to approve the county Tax Assessor/ Collector's Monthly Report. All for

Motion by Commissioner Myers and seconded by Commissioner Meador to approve the County Treasurer's Notification of Investment Change. All for.

Motion by Commissioner Spitzer and seconded by Commissioner Meador to approve the County Agent's Monthly Report. All for.

Motion by Commissioner Myers and seconded by Commissioner Hoy to adjourn. All for.
