Annie Darlene Howard, who died Aug. 3 in New York City, was born April 4, 1942 in Spring Hope to the late Clinton Hall and Rosa Francis.

She was married to James Lewis Howard.

She got her early education at Spaulding High School and furthered her education at Touro College in New York City.

She is survived by two sons, Terry Duane and Bradley Devon; a daughter, Teresa Vanessa; two daughters-in-law, Robin and Marquita; one son-in-law, Bobby; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two goddaughters, and many other relatives.
