SUMMONS BY PUBLICATION

CITIMORTGAGE, INC., its successors in interest and/or assigns, Plaintiff, v.

UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF JAMES T. MCGEE, DECEASED; STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint, Defendants.

TO THE DEFENDANTS UNKNOWN HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF JAMES T. MCGEE, DECEASED; STATE OF WASHINGTON DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL AND HEALTH SERVICES; and any persons or parties claiming to have any right, title, estate, lien or interest in the real property described in the complaint,: You are hereby summoned to appear within sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this summons, to wit, within sixty (60) days after August 13, 2009, and defend the real property foreclosure action in Mason County Superior Court, and answer the complaint of Citi-Mortgage, Inc., ("Plaintiff"). You are asked to serve a copy of your answer or responsive pleading upon the undersigned attorneys for Plaintiff at its office stated below. In case of your failure to do so, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court.

The purpose of this lawsuit is to obtain a judgment, and if not immediately paid, to be satisfied through the foreclosure of real property located in Mason County, Washington, and legally described as follows: Lot 12 of Lynch Cove on Hood Canal as per plat thereof, recorded In Volume 5 of Plats, page 50, records of Mason County, Washington. EXCEPT that portion described as follows; COMMENCING at the Northerly most corner of said Lot 12: thence South 65° 23' 38" West 50.56 feet along the Northerly line of said Lot 12 to The TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this described tract; thence South 48° 34' 13" West 48.51 feet; thence South 60° 16' 19" West 25.19 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line of County Road; thence Northwesterly along said right-of-way line the Northwest corner of said Lot 12 thence North 65° 23' 3 8" East 74.22 feet along said Northerly line of Lot 12 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING Commonly known as: 21 NE Lorna Lee Way, Belfair, WA 98528.
