TO; JOLENE GENTRY, Mother: A Petition to Terminate Parental Rights was filed on January 30, 2009; A Fact Finding hearing will be held on this matter on: October 1, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at Mason County Superior Court, 419 N. 4th Street, Shelton, Washington 98584. YOU SHOULD BE PRESENT AT THIS HEARING.
