The Pinal County Sheriff's Report is taken from the daily logs, based on the information provided by deputies. All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Aug. 23 Rebecca H. Bailey, 45, Superior, was-arrested on West Gorham and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center on charges of probation violation, taking the identity of another, aggravated taking the identity of another, possession of weapon by someone prohibited from possessing one and fraudulent use of credit.
