PUBLIC HEARING

The Town of Sylva Zoning Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on September 17, 2009 at 9:15 a.m. in Municipal Hall, 83 Allen Street. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input regarding a zoning ordinance amendment application from James Corbin and The Summit Church. The Summit Church is requesting that a 15 acre parcel in Dills Cove (PIN# 7642-02-4898) be rezoned from R-1 to R-2 Residential to allow for a state licensed day care center. Upon conclusion of the public hearing, the Zoning Board of Adjustments shall determine disposition of the application during their regularly scheduled meeting at 9:15 a.m.
