CentraCare Clinic patients online access to their medical records

Patients at several St. Cloud-area CentraCare Clinic sites now have the option to view their medical record online. MyChart gives patients, who register for this online access, the ability to view their medical records and test results, as well as receive medical advice from their provider online with MyChart.

MyChart is a secure, online health management tool that connects CentraCare Clinic patients to portions of their personalized health information. To access, MyChart patients need access to a computer, an e-mail account and Internet connection.

CentraCare Clinic sites currently offering MyChart include the Family Medicine Clinic at CentraCare Health Plaza, as well as Heartland, St. Joseph, Becker and the Pediatric Clinic at CentraCare Clinic-Women & Children. Mid-Minnesota Family Medicine Center patients also have access to MyChart.
