This week, Geary Community Hospital added infection control stations at the patient/visitor entrances. Each freestanding station includes hand sanitizer, facemasks, tissues and information on how to protect oneself from the cold and flu.

These stands help the hospital adhere to Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommended guidelines that healthcare facilities provide supplies and visual alerts to patients and visitors within their facilities. Using these products should help everyone feel more protected during visits to the hospital and doctors' offices.
