Morris County 4-H Council elects officers for new year

The first 4-H Council Meeting of new the year was held on November 10th at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room at the Morris County Extension Office. There was no minutes from the previous meeting due to absence. The ending balance of the treasurer's report was read and approved. No committee reports and no unfinished business. In new business we elected our new officers that are the following: Nathan Ellerman-President; Sarah Lewis-Vice President; Matt Prudence-Secretary/Treasurer; Erin Carroll and Reana Cano - Fair Board Representatives; Megan Poole-Reporter. Trent Blythe moved to accept and pay our bills. We signed up for the committees for the year that we wanted to be on. Announcements: the next meeting is January 25, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at the meeting room in court house. For adjournment T.G moved and Colt seconded it.
