CopyPresentation Medical Center is pleased to welcome Dr. Jay Kiessling to our Outreach Physician Clinic. Jay Kiessling. M.D. is on staff at Trinity Hospital in Minot; he is board certified in general surgery and also performs vascular surgery. He specializes in the surgical treatment of a wide range of diseases and conditions which involve skin lesions and growths, surgery for cancer including breast and colon cancer, gall bladder, hernias, chronic belly pain, varicose veins, leg pain, diabetic sores, heartburn and thyroid problems.
Dr. Kiessling will be at Presentation Medical on Monday, March 8 and 22. He will continue to see patients on the second and fourth Monday of each month. In addition to assessments and diagnosis Dr. Kiessling can help with planning a course of treatment. There are many procedures Dr. Kiessling will be able to perform right here. If a procedure does need to be done in Minot, patients will be able to have their pre-surgery and follow up appointments here with Dr. Kiessling.
It is important to note-that some Medicaid and commercial insurance plans may require a Referral from your Primary Care Physician for reimbursement; you may want to check your policy in advance. You should also talk with your Primary Care Physician if you need to be treated for any of these conditions and let your health care provider know that you would like to receive your care locally with Dr. Kiessling.
