CopyCase No. 09 MISC 398303 To Ronald A. Green and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act: Citi-Mortgage, Inc. claiming to be the holder of Mortgage covering real property in EDGARTOWN, numbered 15 Cyprien Way given by Ronald A. Green to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Castle Point Mortgage, Inc., dated July 9, 2007 and recorded with the Dukes County Registry of Deeds in Book 1126, Page 552; and now held by Plaintiff by assignment have filed with said court a complaint for authority to foreclose said mortgage in the manner following: by entry and possession and exercise of power of sale.
If you are entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act and you object to such foreclosure you or your attorney should file a written appearance and answer in said court at Boston on or before September 28, 2009 or you may be forever barred from claiming that such foreclosure is invalid under said act.
