Notice Of Sale

Under and by virtue of an Order of Sale issued to me by the Clerk of the District Court of Wabaunsee County, Kansas, the undersigned Sheriff of Wabaunsee County, Kansas, will offer for sale at public auction and sell to the highest bidder for cash in hand, at the Front Door of the Courthouse at Alma, Wabaunsee County, Kansas, on October 16, 2009, at 10:00 AM, the following real estate:

A tract of land beginning at the North Quarter corner of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M.; thence South 342.5 feet; thence East 351 feet; thence North 342.5 feet; thence West 351 feet to the point of beginning, all within the Northeast Quarter of Section 1, Township 13 South, Range 11 East of the 6th P.M., Wabaunsee County, Kansas., commonly known as 20344 Skyline Road, Eskridge, KS 66423 (the "Property") to satisfy the judgment in the above-entitled case.
